1. Request Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your account, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Include your registered email address so we can verify ownership of the account before processing your request.
2. What Will Be Deleted?
Once your deletion request has been verified and processed, we will permanently delete the following information associated with your account:

- Email address
- Business profile
- Invoices
- Estimates and Quotations
- Receipts
- Delivery Challans
- Customer information
- Product information
- Inventory records
- Cloud backups associated with your account
3. Data That May Be Retained
In certain situations, we may retain limited information where required by applicable laws, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our legal agreements, or protect the security of our services.
Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by law or legitimate business purposes.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days after verification.
Once your account has been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
